"Death Note Implementation" Sept 1 patch

This will make the Game more exciting than ever ,"The Death Note Quest"
This quest has a reward of 5 Lifepoint and 5 skill points, and can be repeated after finishing the quest

Mechanics of the event
1 Ask for the Quest at "Agent of L"
2 Retrieve 20 Death note books from a Shinigami [Ryuk] from the Event
3 Return to the agent for the reward

Remember only "20 Death note books" is needed for the completion of this Quest then return to the agent to repeat the Quest...
