requirements:

lvl 300
No Gold requirements absolutely free


upon reborn your level will be 295
no additional stats for each reborn
no skills and skill points will be lose

Your stats will remain the same like when you were in level 300.


example when you reach the level 300 and your stats is 3000, once you reborn your stats will be 3000 and your level will be level 295. So no problem when earning more stats just keep leveling up,each level earn you 5 stat points and your skill remain intact
